By partnering with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, healthcare providers, and other organisations, we ensure high-quality clinical trial execution, regulatory compliance, and pharmacovigilance services across African markets.
We work with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies - large and small - seeking to register, develop, or monitor products across African markets. Our in-country presence and regulatory expertise complement global development programmes that need local execution.
We collaborate with universities, research institutes, and academic medical centres conducting clinical and translational research in Africa. These partnerships strengthen investigator networks, build local research capacity, and contribute to the evidence base for African health priorities.
We partner with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities that have the infrastructure and patient access to serve as clinical trial sites. We provide training, regulatory support, and operational oversight to help sites meet GCP standards and deliver high-quality trial data.
We work with EDC, CTMS, eTMF, and eConsent technology providers - as well as other CROs with complementary geographic or therapeutic expertise. Technology partnerships enhance our operational efficiency, and CRO partnerships extend our service reach for clients with complex multi-region programmes.

THESYL manages a 50-product Rwanda FDA registration programme on behalf of USOPHARMA Ltd - a Kigali-based pharmaceutical distributor company. The programme spans conventional medicines, biologics, and biosimilars across multiple therapeutic areas and manufacturers.
